It’s known to everyone that losing a mother is the most difficult challenge in life. Let alone in a completely unknown situation. I’m from New York; my mom lived with my sister in London. When our mom was gone, my sister was in another hospital. So, I found myself utterly alone in pain and grief. Not knowing what to do, the process of the final death certificate was complicated, especially in those circumstances. In my conversation with the person involved, I asked if she knew of a trusted funeral service in London. She introduced Paul from the LDC funeral service. After talking to him, I felt he was the right person to get help from. I was right; Paul had been with me at every step of this process and went above and beyond to ensure I did the best job possible. I felt he was an angel sent by God with Mom’s wish to help me. I could not have done it any other way.
The service was excellent and beyond our expectations. I’m forever thankful to Paul, who put his heart and soul into it, and his fantastic team.
