I was initially a bit disappointed when my delivery didn’t arrive on the expected day. However, this wasn’t anyone’s fault as the wine was out of stock, and I hadn’t seen the email explaining this as it had gone into my Spam folder. All other communication was received without any issues. When the parcel did arrive, it was in perfect condition, and the wine was extremely well packaged. I’ll be happy to order from Frazier’s again with confidence.
